Specialized transport for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility in Riga

We have crews on duty, but please remember: our night services, like our daytime ones, are planned transport, not emergency care.

When are we most often called after midnight? Usually when the ambulance service declines to transport a patient – for example, when someone's condition has stabilized after a crisis, but they cannot move on their own and need to get home or to hospital during the night.

We provide a safe, calm transfer at any hour the patient needs it. You can always reach us by phone, and we are ready to arrange your trip so you don't have to wait until morning.

This happens very often – especially when relatives live in another town, are at work or simply can't be there in person. In those cases we take care of everything.

We don't just drive the patient – we stay with them the whole time: we help them get dressed and out of the house, wait outside the consulting room, listen to the doctor, collect the paperwork and bring them back. If needed, we carry them up the stairs and help them move around the home.

When needed, we also give physical help to people with limited mobility at home. If someone has fallen to the floor and can't get up on their own, we can help lift them safely and move them to a bed, wheelchair or another suitable place.

This service is for situations that don't need emergency medical care. If an injury is suspected, someone's health suddenly gets worse, or moving them could put their health at risk, call emergency medical services. The service is available by prior arrangement.
