How a trip works
- Booking. Call or send a WhatsApp message at any time of day or night. We agree on the time, route and help needed, and tell you the final price.
- Pick-up. The driver-assistant arrives at the agreed time and helps you leave your home, carrying you down the stairs if needed, whatever the floor.
- Boarding. You roll into the vehicle on the floor-integrated ramp in your own wheelchair, which we secure with certified multi-point restraints.
- The trip. We take you to your destination and accompany you to the door. If needed, we wait and bring you back.
A vehicle designed for wheelchairs
We drive a KIA PV5 WAV, a factory-built electric vehicle for wheelchair passengers. It is quiet, smooth and discreet.
- Pull-out, floor-integrated two-stage ramp
- Certified multi-point wheelchair restraints
- Room for a companion
- Spacious interior, also for travelling with a straightened leg after an injury
Where we take you
To clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation and social care centres, medical tests and planned procedures. Also to school, day care, work, the theatre, concerts, stadiums, cemeteries or the seaside.
We drive in Riga, the Riga region, all of Latvia and abroad. Trips can be booked by the passenger, by family members, or by institutions.
If you are looking for a “wheelchair taxi” or “disabled transport”, this is exactly that service: we transport people with disabilities and reduced mobility, for one-off trips or on a regular schedule.
Who can book and pay
We invoice private individuals, companies, municipal social services and healthcare providers. You can pay in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer.
