How it works
We agree a regular schedule, for example three times a week at the same time. The driver-assistant helps you from your flat to the vehicle, takes you to the medical facility and meets you after the treatment to bring you safely back to your door.
If there is no lift, we carry you on the stairs. Wheelchair users travel in their own wheelchair without transferring.
When family can't be there
This happens often: relatives work or live in another city. In that case we take care of everything: we help the person get dressed and leave home, wait outside the consulting room, listen to the doctor, collect the paperwork and bring them home.
A fixed schedule gives the patient predictability and the family peace of mind.
