When it helps
- Flats on upper floors with no lift, or a lift that is too small
- After a broken leg, surgery or an injury, when walking on the stairs is impossible
- Seniors for whom the stairs have become an insurmountable obstacle
- Regular trips, for example to dialysis, when the stairs have to be tackled several times a week
How it works
Trained, caring staff help you leave your home and carry you on the stairs with specialized equipment, then accompany you to the vehicle and to the door of your destination. On the way back, we carry you home.
Stair carrying is usually combined with a trip in our ramp-equipped vehicle.
Help at home
If someone has fallen and cannot get up on their own, we can help lift them safely and move them to a bed, wheelchair or other suitable place, by prior arrangement.
This service is for situations that do not need emergency medical care. If an injury or acute condition is suspected, call 113.
